Place the GelPads on the
buttocks halfway between
the midline and the side of
your body, as shown in the
photo.
BOTTOM
Place each pair of GelPads on each
thigh muscle, as shown above .
FRONT OF THIGHS
Place each pair of GelPads on
your hamstrings, as shown above.
Place one pair of GelPads on each calf
muscle, as shown above. Do not place
them too low on the leg, as this can
result in an uncomfortable contraction.
BACK OF THIGHS CALF MUSCLES
Place one half of the GelPad
on the front of your shoulder
and the other on the side.
