Unplug green battery connector (1) and slide out
the battery pack (2). Replace with new battery
and reconnect.

This product is designed primarily to operate in summer months but will also work in spring
and autumn provided there is good sunshine. Performance is directly related to the
amount and strength of sunlight received.

Rechargeable battery packs become less efficient with repeated charge and discharge
cycles. The capacity of the battery may also reduce over time and you may not achieve the
6 hour operation. If you find that the battery appears less efficient or does not run as long
we first suggest you try to boost charge it. To do this leave off for 3 to 5 sunny days to allow
the maximum charge to the battery. We suggest you do this occasionally anyway to help
prolong the battery life. If after this boost charge your battery still does not perform to
expectations you should seek a replacement from Smart Solar (available via our website
www.sgpuk.com). All our battery packs are covered by a 1 year warranty.

déchargent et se rechargent. Par conséquence, il se peut que la batterie ne durera plus 6
heures comme l’est prévu en conditions optimales. Dans ces cas, vous pouvez super-
charger votre batterie de la manière suivante: laissez la en position OFF pendant 3 à 5 jours
bien ensoleillés afin d’assurer un chargement maximal. Il est bien de faire ça de temps en
temps de toutes les façons afin d’optimiser la durée de vie de votre batterie. Si par contre
la batterie ne regagne pas sa condition optimale, vous devriez songer à la changer (sur
www.sgpuk.com) ou par votre contact clientèle. Les batteries ont une garantie d’un an.

diesem Vorgang die Batterie nicht mehr funktionieren, sollten Sie diese erneuern. Sie

eine Garantie von 1 Jahr.
