  To address a lost or incorrect IP address on your SMC Sierra Monitor Network Hardware, ensure that FieldServer Toolbox is loaded on your PC or download it from the Sierra Monitor website. Disable any wireless Ethernet adapters, and temporarily disable firewall and virus protection software. Connect a standard CAT5 Ethernet cable between your PC and ProtoNode, then double-click on the FS Toolbox Utility to check and correct IP addresses from the device listings.
