  To address a lost or incorrect IP address for your SMC Sierra Monitor Network Hardware, follow these steps: 1. Ensure FieldServer Toolbox is installed on your PC. If not, download it from the Sierra Monitor website’s Software Downloads. 2. Extract the executable file and complete the installation. 3. Connect your PC to the ProtoNode using a standard Cat-5 Ethernet cable. 4. Double click on the FS Toolbox Utility and click Discover Now on the splash page. 5. Check for the IP Address of the desired gateway. 6. If you need to correct the gateway's IP Address: click the settings icon on the gateway's row, then click Network Settings, change the IP Address, and click Update IP Settings to save.
