etc.)bydividingthemintoportionsinsuchawaythattheycanbe
consumedonce.
• Pleasedonotrefreezethefrozenfoodoncetheyarethawed.Itmay
poseadangerforyourhealthsinceitmightcauseproblemssuchas
foodpoisoning.
• Donotplacethehotmealsinyourdeepfreezebeforetheybecome
cold.Youwouldcausetheotherfoodfrozenbeforehandinthedeep
freezetobecomeputreed.
• Whenyoubuyfrozenfood,makessurethattheywerefrozenunder
appropriateconditionsandthepackageisnottorn.
• Whilestoringthefrozenfood,thestorageconditionsonthepackage
