3.1 Before first use
1. Remove all stickers and labels from the
kettle and clean the outside with a damp
cloth.
2. Remo
ve the scale filter behind the sp
out
and wash
it under running water.
3. Re
place the filter in the correct positi
on.
4. Remo
ve the kettle from its base, press th
e
button to open the
lid and fill
it to the
maximum
level.
5. Close the
lid again, place the
kettle
do
wn on its base and push the ON/
OFF lever down to turn it on.
6. Wait for
the water to boil, then empty th
e
kettle, disposi
ng of the
boiling water
s
afely. Repeat this operation at leas
t
three
times.
