Why does my Smiths Medical CADD-Solis 2131 Control Unit say 'Wireless On, not associated with wireless access point'?

  If the wireless radio is on but not associated with a wireless access point (orange indicator) on your Smiths Medical Control Unit, several factors could be the cause. The communication module might be in heat reduction mode (consult the pump Operator's Manual for details), the wireless settings may be incorrectly configured (check and adjust them), the communication module could be too far from a wireless access point (move closer), the pump might be turning off the radio due to a depleted battery (connect to the AC adapter), or the communication module might be near an operating microwave oven (move away).

Also, ensure the battery isn’t too hot or too cold by verifying that the environmental conditions meet the specified operating requirements. Check if the three replacement pogo pin insulators are correctly installed.
