Alarms Trigger Condition Priority Solution
Battery
Depleted
When an
external power
supply is not
connected, the
battery power is
lower than the
preset threshold
of the battery
depleted.
High
Connect to an
external power
supply as soon
as possible.
Otherwise, the
pump will power
off in 3 minutes.
Transmission
Error
The system
detects that the
syringe plunger
release lever is
open during the
infusion process.
High
Press
to clear
the alarm. Then,
re-clamp the
syringe, and
if the alarm
continues,
please contact
a qualifi ed
technical service
engineer.
System Error
(01-13)
When the
system detects
system faults
such as pressure
sensor
fail-off and
electric motor
abnormality, etc.

Restart the
pump.
If the alarm
remains on,
hand it over
to a qualifi ed
technical service
engineer.
