The SmrtMugg is a smart, rechargeable lithium battery-powered mug designed to keep beverages at a desired temperature. It features a sleek design with a 316 stainless steel vacuum cup body and a PC material cup base. The mug's lid incorporates a sealing sleeve, a main body, a locking switch, a drinking mouth, and a drinking mouth sealing ring, all designed for secure and convenient use.
The primary function of the SmrtMugg is to heat and maintain the temperature of liquids. It utilizes a powerful heating element and an OLED display screen to show real-time temperature, power consumption, and various settings. The mug is equipped with a Type-C interface for charging and also supports a mobile power function, allowing it to charge other devices.
To power on the SmrtMugg, click the setting button three times consecutively. The screen will display the real-time temperature, power consumption, and "power" words. If left idle, the screen will turn off and the mug will enter standby mode. Shaking or touching the cup will wake up the screen. To power off, click the setting button three times consecutively while in standby mode; the screen will display "GoodBye" before shutting down. This feature is particularly useful for transportation or flights.
From standby mode, long-press the setting button (for more than 2 seconds) to enter the heating mode. The screen will display "Set 86°F" (or the last set temperature). You can then press the setting button to increase or decrease the target temperature, with a range of 86°F to 150°F. A long press will increase the temperature quickly. Clicking the button or leaving it idle for 3 to 5 seconds will initiate constant temperature heating. The screen will then show the real-time temperature. The factory-set temperature is 115°F, which is automatically saved after adjustment.
During heating, the screen displays the real-time temperature and the target temperature. An "S" light indicates constant temperature heating, while a flashing icon signifies active heating. The mug will pause heating if it detects issues like tilting, water shortage, or if it's not placed vertically. To exit heating mode, long-press the setting button for 2 seconds; the screen will display "Cancel," and the mug will enter sleep mode.

The mug has an auto-sleep function to conserve power. In this mode, the screen is off. Gently shaking the cup or pressing the switch key will wake it up, displaying the real-time temperature and power level.
To charge, insert the AC/DC Type-C plug into the mug's Type-C interface, ensuring a tight connection. The LCD screen will display the remaining battery cells, indicating the charging progress. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours. For optimal charging speed, it is recommended to use a power adapter with an output current of 2A or more.
The SmrtMugg can also function as a mobile power bank. By plugging an OTG adapter line into the Type-C interface, the screen will display a specific icon, indicating it's in external power supply mode. You can then connect your phone or other peripherals via a data cable. The LCD screen will show the power consumption. Note that the mobile power function and heating element cannot be used simultaneously. A fully charged SmrtMugg battery can charge an iPhone approximately three times.
In standby mode, shaking or touching the cup will display the real-time temperature and power consumption. When heating, the screen shows real-time temperature, target temperature, and power consumption. When the battery is low, the screen will display a low battery icon, and the device will exit its working state. The battery display grid provides a visual indication of remaining charge:
The lid can be disassembled for cleaning. To remove the lid, rotate it counter-clockwise. To open the cup lid, push the locking key upwards, then press the "PUSH" button. Ensure the cup lid seal remains attached to the lid. The drinking mouth can be removed by pressing it vertically from the top where the finger points, ensuring the sealing ring remains attached to it.
For installation, place the drinking mouth under the cover and push it vertically upwards until a "click" sound is heard. Do not force it. When reassembling the cup lid sealing ring, follow the operating steps to ensure proper service life. If the sealing ring is dirty, it can cause peculiar smells; unpick and clean it with a neutral detergent to extend its life.
To properly close the cup, keep the cup body vertical and push down the locking switch until a "click" sound is heard. When placing the cup body vertically, rotate it clockwise to ensure firm installation. After installation, place the cup horizontally to check for leakage. If leakage occurs, recheck the installation steps. Leakage may be caused by an upside-down seal.
Before cleaning, always cut off the power supply. Do not use open flames, induction cookers, microwave ovens, or dishwashers to heat the product. After use, clean the cup thoroughly, wipe it dry with a soft cloth, and store it in a cool, dry place. Always ensure the charging plug cover is tightly installed before cleaning.
Do not overfill the cup; fill only up to the indicated line. Avoid adding dry ice, carbonated drinks, or other liquids that produce high pressure in a vacuum cup. Do not add soy sauce, soup, or other liquids containing alkaline and acidic ingredients, as these can cause cup corrosion.
Avoid dropping, colliding, or subjecting the mug to strong shocks, as these can cause deformation of the cup body and affect product efficacy.
If the mug displays nothing or is unresponsive, it may indicate abnormal software operation. To restore factory settings, click the setting button quickly more than 10 times. The screen will display a version number, and you can then continue using the product.
The product uses lithium batteries. To prevent environmental pollution, please recycle the battery according to the guidance of a battery recycling site once the battery is scrapped.
