QUICK START UP / SHUTDOWN GUIDE

goggles when using or near this product.
Always wear protective clothing such as long-sleeved shirts,
long pants and closed-toed shoes.
The quick start up/shutdown guide is not a substitute for
reading the manual; the manual contains detailed
information and instructions that you must be aware of and
follow in order to maintain the equipment properly and use it
safely. Remember to record the date of purchase and model number in
your manual.

Start Up Procedure

1. Place Outdoors

Position the pressure washer in an outdoor, well-ventilated area.

2. Working CO Alarms

Confirm that carbon monoxide alarms are operational before starting.

3. Add Oil and Fuel

Fill the engine oil reservoir and fuel tank with appropriate fluids.

4. Lubricate O-Rings

Apply grease to O-rings on hose connections for a proper seal.

5. Connect Hose

Attach the high-pressure hose to the unit's outlet port.

6. Connect Garden Hose

Connect the garden hose to the water inlet and the unit.

7. Purge System

Remove air from the system by running water through the spray gun.

8. Connect Spray Tip and Wand to Gun

Assemble the spray wand and select the appropriate spray tip.

9. Switch On (I)

Set the engine switch to the 'I' (On) position.

10. Throttle Fast

Move the throttle lever to the fast position for starting.

11. Choke

Adjust the choke lever according to starting conditions.

12. Fuel On

Turn the fuel shut-off lever to the 'On' position.

13. Pull Recoil

Pull the recoil starter handle to start the engine.

14. Run

Adjust throttle and choke as needed after the engine starts.

Shutdown Procedure

1. Throttle Slow

Move the throttle lever to the slow position before shutting down.

2. Switch Off (0)

Turn the engine switch to the '0' (Off) position.

3. Fuel Off

Turn the fuel shut-off lever to the 'Off' position to stop fuel flow.

4. Purge System

Release any remaining pressure from the spray gun and system.
