      If your Snorkel Boom Lift engine won't start from the ground control box, it might be due to incorrect switch settings. Ensure the Battery switch is ON. At the ground control box: Set the Master Key Switch to ON. Pull the Emergency Stop switch (out) ON. Set the Platform/Ground Selector switch to GROUND. Set the Master Key Switch to ON for 5 seconds, then turn the Master Key Switch to START.

      If your Snorkel Boom Lift engine won't start from the platform control box, it might be due to incorrect switch settings. Ensure the Battery switch is ON. At the ground control box: Set the Master Key Switch to ON. Pull the Emergency Stop switch (out) ON. Set the Platform/Ground Selector switch to PLATFORM. At the platform control box: Set the Anti-Restart switch to OFF. Pull the Emergency Stop switch (out) ON. Turn the Anti-Restart switch to ON. Turn the Anti-Restart switch to START.

      If your Snorkel Boom Lift engine cranks but won't start from the ground control box, and you're using LPG, the Dual Fuel switch on the platform control box might be set incorrectly. Set the Dual Fuel switch in the platform control box to GAS or LPG. Check the fuel gauge on top of the tank to see if there is fuel. For LPG operation: Check that the fuel valve on top of the LPG tank is open. Alternately crank the engine for 20 seconds, then let the starter motor cool for 60 seconds.

      If your Snorkel Boom Lift engine cranks but won't start from the platform control box, and you're using LPG, the Dual Fuel switch on the platform control box might be set incorrectly. Set the Dual Fuel switch at the platform control box to GAS or LPG. Check the fuel gauge on top of the tank to see if there is fuel in the tank. For LPG operation: Check to see that the fuel valve on top of the LPG tank is open. Alternately crank the engine for 20 seconds, then let the starter motor cool for 60 seconds.
