Assembly Process

Step 1: Base Assembly

Attaching base (K) to column (A) with screws (U).

Step 2: Curtain Track Installation

Installing curtain hooks (T) onto tracks (B, B1).

Step 3: Connecting Curtain Tracks

Connecting curtain tracks (C, C1) and securing with screws (U).

Step 4: Main Frame Construction

Assembling frame with columns (A) and horizontal bars (B, B1, C, C1). Includes safety.

Step 5: Corner Cover Attachment

Securing corner covers (L) and joint covers (L1) to the frame.

Step 6: Structure Reinforcement

Installing solidifying bars (Q) for structural support.

Step 7: Corner Roof Bar Fitting

Attaching corner roof bars (D, D1) using connectors (J1) and screws (U1).

Step 8: Roof Bar Connection

Connecting roof bars (D, D1) to the frame assembly with screws (U).

Step 9: Middle Roof Bar Installation

Installing middle roof bars (E) and connecting with roof connectors (J, J1).

Step 10: Roof Connector Installation

Installing main roof connector (J) and interior connector (J1) with screws (V1).

Step 11: Roof Panel UV Protection and Install

Installing roof panels (Ma, P, M1a) ensuring UV side faces up. Critical step.

Step 12: Lower Roof Panel Installation

Installing lower roof panels (Mb, P1, M1b) into the lower track.

Step 13: Finishing Bar & End Fitting

Attaching finishing bars (F, F1, F2) and ends (O, O1) around the roof edge.

Step 14: Internal Roof Support Install

Installing internal roof support bars (I, I1, I2, H, H1, H2).

Step 15: Mosquito Netting Setup

Installing mosquito netting (S) and hooks (T) around the shelter.

Step 16: Optional Winter Support

Installing optional winter solidifying column (A2) for seasonal support.
