SUSHI REIS
• Sushi rice is a small grain rice, used for Japanese cuisine. Please refer to the
table for brown rice.
Tip:
• To cook the rice especially fluffy, add a little more water into the cooking bowl.
Should you wish to cook the rice especially tight, leave out some of the water.
