Remove the nested flame ring and set it aside before starting.
Place tinder, kindling, and small wood pieces in the center. Do not overfill.
Light your fire after preparing the fuel.
Place the flame ring upward to protect from wind and enhance flames.
Add wood gradually as the ember bed heats up, filling the burn chamber.
Allow the fire pit to burn out on its own when ready to finish.
After complete cooling, turn the fire pit over to empty remaining ash.
Wait for the unit to cool completely before emptying ash and cleaning with a dry cloth.
Keep rain and snow out using Solo Stove Shelter or included carrying case.
Discoloration is normal; stainless steel resists rust but can stain with moisture.
Use dry hard woods for best results to achieve optimal efficiency and flame patterns.
The double-wall airflow takes 5-15 minutes to reach full efficiency on first use.
Overfilling reduces efficiency and increases smoke; weather causes rust and discoloration.
Always read instructions and warnings before use to prevent injury or death.
Use only outdoors, on a level noncombustible surface, away from combustibles.
Never leave unattended, do not alter, and exercise caution, especially with children.
Do not use flammable liquids for lighting and never use water to extinguish fires.
Dispose of ashes properly in a sealed metal container as they retain heat.
