Tamper-Resistant Battery Door (optional)
To keep the battery out of reach of small children,
specifically those 0 – 36 months and people with learning
difficulties, a tamper-resistant battery door should be
used.
The tamper-resistant battery door is designed to only be
opened by using a tool. Use a small screwdriver to open
the door. Insert the screwdriver into the slit in the bottom
of the hearing aid and push the door to open.

beyond its fully opened position. Make sure to insert
the battery correctly. Please contact your hearing care
professional if you suspect the tamper-resistant
