Transfer a Call back
to the Mobile

When in a call, press and hold
the SoundGate 3 Phone key
for 2 – 3 seconds to transfer
control of the call back to the
mobile phone. A subsequent
2 – 3 second press will return
control to the SoundGate 3.
Such call transfers typically
must also be acknowledged/
accepted on the connected
mobile phone.

noise during a mobile phone
call, you may press and hold
the volume up or down key
for 2 – 3 seconds to mute
your hearing aid microphones.
