Maintenance
The SoundGate 3 requires a minimum amount of
regular maintenance to ensure proper function.
Wipe the SoundGate 3 daily with a dry or slightly
damp cloth to remove any debris from its surface.
The microphone opening and audio input ports must
be kept free of dirt and debris at all times. The small
cleaning brush for your hearing aid(s) may be used
to clean these areas.
Do not submerge your SoundGate 3 or its neck strap
into water or other liquids at any time.
The SoundGate 3 is sealed and you should not
attempt to open it. If problems occur which cannot
be solved by the guidelines within this manual,
you should contact your hearing care professional.
