You can turn the white light off so it does not display when
your DOCK is in normal operation.
Solid white Solid green Muted or zero

Flashing white Off Powering up

Sonos system

Flashing white Flashing green Looking for a Sonos
system to join.
Flashing alternately.
Flashing orange Flashing green DOCK was unable to
join the Sonos
system.
You may need to update your Sonos software. Choose one
of the following to check for updates:
• Using a handheld Controller: Select Online Updates.
from the Settings menu.
• Using a Sonos Controller for PC: Select Manage -> Check
for Software Updates.
• Using a Sonos Controller for Mac: Select Sonos -> Check
for Updates.
Or, the device in the DOCK may not be compatible. See
"SONOS DOCK" on page 1 for a list of compatible devices.
