The indication on the EV scale
If you set the exposure to over +3.0 EV or under –3.0 EV, the indication on the LCD
monitor (recording information display) or viewfinder is as follows:
Example
Display of a modified image when the intelligent preview is
working
If you set the exposure to over +3.0 EV or under –3.0 EV after an image is displayed on
the LCD screen in intelligent preview, you cannot check the effect on a modified image.
If you upgrade the camera, a setting is added to the continuous bracket and single bracket
shooting functions: The exposure is shifted by 3.0 EV and the camera shoots three
images. [3.0EV3] is indicated when this is selected. For details on bracket shooting, refer
to “Shooting with Exposure bracket” in the “Instruction Manual.
The supplied “Remote Camera Control” software
You cannot set [3.0EV3] from “Remote Camera Control,” however, you can set it from
the camera. In this case, “Drive mode” is indicated as “As per camera” on “Remote
Camera Control.”
