Messages and Their Meanings
Message indicating the current status
Message Meaning
POWER ON
Blinking The Flexicart is being initialized after it has been
started.
DOOR OPN Lit The Flexicart door is open.
INITIAL Blinking Initialization is required.
Lit The Flexicart elevator is being initialized.
RECOVER Blinking The recovering operation instigated by pressing the
RECOVER key is required.
Lit Recovery operation is being performed.
EMG STOP Blinking The user stopped the elevator by pressing the
EMERGENCY STOP key.
TEST-

Lit The Flexicart is in the test mode. When this message
appears, you cannot control the Flexicart from the
application computer.
IN USE
Lit The Flexicart is operating normally and is ready to
receive commands from the application computer.
Alarm sounds
The Flexicart has two alarm sounds — one continuous (—————) and
another intermittent (– – – – – –). The meaning of each alarm depends on
the application software being used.
For an explanation of each alarm, refer to the instruction manual of the respective
application software.
