What to do if Sony Camcorder does not operate?

If your Sony Camcorder doesn't operate, even when turned on, try the following: 1. Remove the AC adapter from the wall socket or the battery pack, then reconnect it after about a minute. 2. Press the RESET button using a sharp-pointed object. 3. If the camcorder's temperature is extremely high, turn it off and leave it in a cool place for a while. 4. If the temperature is extremely low, turn the camcorder on and let it sit for a while. If it still doesn't work, turn it off, move it to a warm place, let it sit, and then turn it back on.
