Align the orange index on the lens barrel with the orange index on the camera and insert the lens.
Press the lens release button on the camera and rotate the lens counterclockwise to detach.
Slide the focus-mode switch on the lens to AF or MF for desired focus mode.
Rotate the focusing ring to set correct focus when in AF-A or AF-S modes.
Confirm image sharpness through viewfinder when focusing near infinity.
Press the button to suspend auto focus and fix the focus for shooting.
