PRODUCT PERFORMANCE DEFECT LIST
Exclusions and Limitations
1.The product is repaired without permission, wrongly used,
collided, abused, wetted, or damaged in an accident, or
wrong accessories are used, or the anti-fake label is torn off
or altered;
2.Warranty period expires;
3.Damage is caused by force majeure;
4.Circumstances not listed in the Product Performance
Defect List;
5.Defects of product and accessories caused by your faults.
Within the warranty period, we will provide services including
product return, replacement and repair. If you want to return
product, you need to provide the payment receipt.
1. Within 7 days upon receiving product (purchased from an
e-store), you can return the product without any reasons. You
will need to pay the postage;
2. If the product suffers any performance defect listed on the
Product Performance Defect List and such defect has been
confirmed, you are entitled to following services free of charge.

in compliance with the Law of the People’ s Republic of China
on Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests and Product
quality law of the People's Republic of China.

Note: If the external packing of toothbrush or brush heads
is unsealed, the policy of product return with no reason
within 7 days becomes invalid.
We recommend that you should keep the protective
external packing box of product for at least 30 days upon
receiving product.
