Exercise and Stretching Guide

Warm-up Routine

Down Stretch

Sit, place left foot against inner right thigh, try to touch toes for 10-15 seconds, repeat each foot 3 times.

Calf and Foot Stretching

Stand with hands on wall, one foot behind, heel on floor, tilt to wall for 10-15 seconds, repeat each foot 3 times.

Quadriceps Stretch

Place hands on wall/desk for balance, grasp ankle, pull foot toward buttocks for 10-15 seconds, repeat each foot 3 times.

Groin Stretch

Sit with knees flexed, soles of feet together, hold ankles, bend at hips for 10-15 seconds, repeat 3 times.
