2.18 Memory review
When the radio is ON, press <Memory Scan> once to scan memory stations.
The scanning starts from the next memory station or MEM-1 if no memory station is being selected.
Scanning will stop at each station for 5 seconds.
2.19 Setting Bass
When the radio on, press <Bass> once in bass display mode.
Press <Bass> again to shut off this function and volume recover normal.
2.20 Search Up/Down
When the radio is ON, press <Up> once to change the receiving frequency up by 1 step
Press <Down> once to change the receiving frequency down by 1 step.
Press and hold <Up> to search the next radio station by moving the receiving frequency up.
Press and hold <Down> to search the next radio station by moving the receiving frequency down.
2.21 AMS Using
Press <MEM> once to memory mode.
Press and hold <Memory Scan> 2 seconds to active AMS mode. In this mode, the radio will automatically
store the station that had been scanned.
2.22 Display Mode
With the system stays in clock display mode and the radio is OFF, press <Fine> once, the time section and
day-flag are all cleared with the current mode of display is shown by the icon’, “CITY” ‘DATE’, and
‘CIT’ ,” DAT”

Clock only ‘CLOCK’ goes solid only
Clock + World Time ‘CLOCK’ + ‘CITY’ go solid
Clock + Date ‘CLOCK’ + ‘DATE’ go solid
Clock + Date + World Time ‘CLOCK’ +‘DATE’ + ‘CITY’ go solid
Press <Fine> to go through the cycle of selection. If 'Date' and/or 'World Time' is selected, it/they will be
shown alternatively with the clock in the LCD when the radio is OFF.
When the radio is ON and the system stays in frequency display mode, only the frequency of the station
being received will be displayed no matter what has been selected by in display mode.
2.23 Electronic Volume Control
Only when radio is on,
Press < Volume +> once, to increase speaker volume by one step. Hold for continually.
Press < Volume – > once, to decrease speaker volume by one step. Hold for continually.
2.24 Key-lock
Press and hold the <MEM.> for 3 seconds, key-lock has been switched ON, the “KEYLOCK” goes solid,
2.25 LCD Backlight
Press any key to activate the LCD Backlight for 10 seconds.
When’ key-lock’ is active, only ‘Snooze’ have function.
2.26 Antenna
Maximum length and rotate it to a best position. For MW and LW band, an internal Ferrite-bar Antenna is
used, so you may turn the unit to different direction in order to have a better receiving result.
2.27 Stand
You may foldout Stand from the backside of the unit to an appropriate position, so that this unit can be
placed firmly on the table
