Use channels 1 through 4 to connect XLR lines. Channel numbers are laser etched on connector shells.
Insert a shielded CAT5e/6/7 cable into the etherCON barrel, then connect to another CAT Tails or SoundTools product.
Four isolated XLR channels support simultaneous signals like analog audio, AES3, DMX, and intercom over CAT5e.
