      If your Southland Cultivator's engine won't start, there are several potential causes: * The ignition switch might be in the OFF position. Ensure it is moved to the ON position. * The fuel tank could be empty. Refill it with the correct fuel mixture. * The spark plug may not be firing. Try replacing the spark plug. * Fuel might not be reaching the carburetor. Inspect the fuel line for kinks or splits and repair or replace it as needed. * The engine may be flooded. In this case, refer to the Starting a Flooded Engine section in the OPERATION section. * The carburetor may need adjustment. Contact a qualified service center.
