  If your Soyer Welding Accessories system isn't welding, and you're seeing no sparking or only slight sparking, start by checking all welding and control cables to ensure they are tightly connected and undamaged; replace if necessary. Also, ensure the earth clamps are firmly attached to the workpiece, and that welding/earth connection points are clean and free of oxide films. Verify that the height of lift and depth of immersion are set correctly according to your welding head's operating instructions, and that the gas flow rate is set to 4-5 l/min.

Use only SOYER welding studs to avoid issues with dimensions or surface finish. Also, verify that welding energy, welding time, and gas flow are set correctly, referring to your stud welder's operating instructions. Check that all cable connections and earth clamps are tight and providing a good earth connection. Ensure the stud is fully inserted into the stud chuck until it stops, replacing the chuck if needed. Lastly, ensure the workpiece is well-supported to prevent spring back during welding; consider using a stand with a support tube.
