Pre-Assembly for Part A
Install (Part S) adjustable Feet onto the bottom of (Part A) Base.
Pre-Assembly for Part D
Locate Part D and expand the cradle arms. Secure and tighten each cradle arm with wing bolt (WY). Make sure you tighten all the nuts and bolts
before going to the next step.
Assembly Instruction:
Step 1. Locate the 3 pcs of the base (Part A) and place them forming a
triangular shape.
Step 2. Place the vertical post (Part B) on top of every corner of the
Base (Part A) tighten using wing bolt (WY)
Step 3. Insert UPPER VERTICAL POST (Part C) to the LOWER
VERTICAL POST (Part B) and tighten with wing bolt (WY).
(Make Sure top of UPPER vertical tube (part C) is pointed
towards the OUTSIDE of the rack)
Step 4. Place assembled Top Cradle (Part D) already assemble onto
the UPPER vertical post (part C). Once (Part D) is already in
place, tight the cradle arm onto the UPPER vertical post (Part
C) with wing Bolts. (WY)
Step 5. Locate 3 pcs of (Part E) insert them into (Part D) and lock with
push pin.
Make sure all nuts and bolts are tightened
Secure and tighten the products to center of the rack
with straps. Latch and tighten safety straps.
