Installing the steerer tube bracket
1. Remove the steerer tube top cap with appropriate hex key
2. Install the stem mount/bracket assembly on the
steerer tube, and re-assemble with appropriate spacers
if required for proper stack height.
3. Re-install the steerer tube top cap with appropriate hex key.
4. Adjust cassette base to desired angle with bolt adjustment.
