• It is recommended to remove smartphone from cases with credit card holders as wireless
charging may demagnetize credit cards
• It is recommended to remove smartphone from heavy & thick cases, or from multi-functional
cases (ex: credit card holder cases or cases with magnetic feature) when recharging your device
as these may disrupt wireless charging capability
