Remove packing material, stickers, and bands. Wash grill parts with warm, soapy water.
Visit prodprotect.com/applica to register your product warranty for support and service.
Connect pedestal tubes, insert feet into base, and secure the assembled tube to the base.
Place grill base onto pedestal, ensuring alignment, and secure with the attached clip.
Securely place the drip tray inside the grill base and attach the lid handle using screws.
Place the lid over the grill; the unit is now ready for use.
Turn temperature control probe to OFF and attach it securely to the probe receptacle.
Plug into an outlet, set desired temperature, and allow the grill to preheat for 10 minutes.
Place food on the grill, cover, cook until done, turning halfway, and adjust temperature as needed.
Unplug the grill and allow it to cool completely before disassembling and cleaning.
Wipe the temperature control probe with a damp cloth and empty the grill base drip tray.
Wash the grill plate, drip tray, and lid with warm, soapy water.
