TROUBLE SHOOTING
WARNING
STOP USING THE TOOL IMMEDIATELY IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS OCCUR. ANY REPAIRS OR
REPLACEMENTS MUST BE DONE BY A QUALIFIED PERSON OR AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER ONLY.
PROBLEM CAUSE REMEDY
The air hose was not
connected properly.
Check if the tool is connected
with air hose correctly &
completely.
There was no pressure with
the air supply.
Check if the air valve is
opened.
The operating pressure was
too low.
Adjust the operating pressure
to 90 PSI.
The air inlet is blocked. Clean up.
The air connection was
leaking.
Tighten the fitting or use the
tape seal.
The air was leaking. The O-Ring was damaged. Replace the parts #3-1 & 5.
The tool worked before
the trigger was pressed.
The O-Ring was damaged. Replace the parts #2 & 3-1.
The tool could not run. The part #4 was broken. Disassemble #6 to replace #4.
The tool runs slowly or has
loss of power.
The tool did not work even
after the trigger had been
pressed.
