PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO
EXCESSIVE MICROWAVE ENERGY
1. Do not attempt to operate this microwave oven with the door open. Operation whilst the door is
open can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy. It is important not to defect or tamper
with the safety locks.
2. Do not place any object between the microwave oven front face and the door. Do not allow
soil or detergent residue to accumulate on any sealing surfaces.
3. Do not operate the microwave oven if it is damaged. It is particularly important that the
microwave oven door closes properly and that there is no damage to the:
a. Door (bent),
b. Hinges and latches (broken or loosened),
c. Door seals and sealing surfaces.
4. The microwave oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone with the exception of
properly qualified service personnel.
