Guarantee
> This product is guaranteed for 24 months for any manufacturing defect
starting from the date of purchase.
> The guarantee covers free parts replacement and booster replacement.
The choice is made by DIPRA.
> This warranty covers also all the consequences of the defaults or hidden
sins (article 1641s of the French Civil Code).
> Conditions of validity of the guarantee:
The device must have been handled properly and in accordance with the
requirements of the instructions.
Neither the purchaser or a non-authorized third party have attempted to
repair the unit.
> The warranty is not applicable in following cases:
Non-respect of the instructions manual (in particular: non protection
against frost, suction of sand, dry run, wrong electric connection…)
Try to repair the pump by yourself
Technical modification of the pump
Use of non-original spare parts
Damage caused by fall or shocks
Improper use (professional use…)
> Repair from After Sale Service during the guarantee does not extend its
initial duration.
> The guarantee shall be taken into account in the seller store, upon
presentation of the dated sales receipt
> Spare parts: DIPRA is working to supply main spare parts of this pump
during 5 years, starting from the construction date of the pump written on
the rating label.
