- In order to regulate the desired temperature,
rotate the thermostat knob until this
temperature will match the plastic pin indicated
by the arrow in figure 5.
- Once the desired product temperature is
reached, in order to dispense product, place a
cup under the tap and lower the lever as shown
in figure 6.

Never touch the plate with hands when the
container is not positioned in its place (see
fig. 7).
