      If your Sportline Fitness Electronics computer behaves erratically, experiences lock-ups, or the display is weak or fades, it might be due to a weak battery, so replace it. The computer’s LCD doesn't operate well in extremely hot or cold conditions, so return the HydraCoach to a less extreme environment. Also, check the components for cracks or breaks, ensure the system is airtight and watertight, and tighten any loose fittings.

      If the Sportline Fitness Electronics computer does not register your fluid intake, it could be because the Hydration Program has not been started or is paused, so start the Hydration Program. Improper assembly could also be the cause, so reassemble the HydraCoach properly. The impeller may be bound or seized, so check to make sure that the Impeller spins freely within its housing.

      If it is difficult to suck water through the tubing and mouthpiece of your Sportline Fitness Electronics, the Mouthpiece and/or Air Check Valve may not be fully cut through. Try pinching and rolling the Mouthpiece between your thumb and index finger to open the slit completely. Also, run a fingernail across the Air Check Valve to separate the four triangular shaped flaps from one another to allow air to more easily pass through.
