If your SportsArt Fitness Treadmill won't start, begin by checking the main fuse and power switch for any incoming power issues. Then, inspect all cable connections. Next, check the drive board power LED, and as a test, replace the drive board. Also, examine the display power LED and the main IC. Finally, replace the EUp board if necessary.
