If your SportsArt Fitness Treadmill isn't starting, begin by inspecting the power cord connection and all other cable connections. Also, check the fuse, fuse holder, and power switch. If these steps don't resolve the issue and there's an electrical short in the drive board components, consider replacing the drive board.
