Why did my Sprayers Plus FH25E stop spraying suddenly?
    • M
      maxwellstevensJul 28, 2025
If spraying with your Sprayers Plus Paint Sprayer suddenly stops, it could be due to several reasons. The nozzle might be plugged, in which case you should rinse it with clean water. Check the pump wiring to ensure it's properly connected and undamaged. If the battery isn't fully charged, charge it until the indicator light on the charger turns green. Also, ensure you are using a Sprayers Plus certified charger and pump. Damaged cords/plugs on the charger may also be the reason. In this case, replace the charger with a new one.

If the pump of your Sprayers Plus Paint Sprayer isn't working and you hear no noise when it's turned on, there are a few potential causes. Ensure the trigger valve is released. Check that the pump electrical connector is properly connected. A blocked nozzle or nozzle filter could also be the reason, so clean or replace them. The battery might be fully discharged; recharge it with a Sprayers Plus charger. For broken pump wiring, a damaged battery, or a damaged electronic module, contact technical assistance.

Weak spray pressure in your Sprayers Plus Paint Sprayer can result from several issues. Air might have accumulated inside the lance; to resolve this, place the lance with the trigger valve pressed above the base of the sprayer until the spray jet begins to spray continuously. A partially blocked pump suction or suction hose could also be the reason; remove any obstruction and circulate clean water to clean the hoses. Additionally, check if the nozzle or nozzle filter is blocked or damaged, and clean or replace them as necessary.
