  Excessive overspray from your Sprayit Paint Sprayer can occur due to several reasons. It might be caused by atomization pressure that is too high, so try reducing the pressure. Another cause could be holding the sprayer too far from the work surface; adjust to the proper distance. Finally, improper stroking, such as arcing or moving the gun too fast, can also lead to excessive overspray. Move at a moderate pace, parallel to the surface.

  Fluttering or spitting in your Sprayit Paint Sprayer can stem from various issues. The material level might be too low; add more material into the container. The container could be tipped too far; hold it more upright. Check for a loose fluid inlet connection and tighten it if necessary. Also, inspect the fluid tip/seat for looseness or damage; adjust or replace it. Ensure the fluid needle packing nut isn't dry or loose; lubricate and/or tighten it. Lastly, make sure the air vent isn't clogged; clear the vent hole.
