Problem Solution
The stand mixer has an
unpleasant smell.
Karla can give off an unfamiliar smell, especially at the
beginning of use and the first time she handles a greater
load. That is completely normal for electric motors.
The motor block heats up.
Karla can heat up when running for a longer period of
time or under particularly high loads. That is completely
normal. Allow to cool, if necessary.
The stand mixer is not
working.
Ensure that Karla is not connected to the mains.
If the appliance feels very hot, allow to cool down for
30 minutes and try again.
Ensure that Karla is not damaged. Contact customer
services.
The motor head wobbles
heavily when Karla is in use.
Karla's motor block must have a bit of leeway. The joint
can become loose if the appliance has been exposed to
excessive loads for an extended period of time. Observe
the instructions on the processing of heavy and yeast
dough.
Should stand mixer Karla have any other defects, please contact a professional repair
service provider. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
