This can be used either for a new created protocol le or an edited protocol le.
Select “Save As” will open the Open File window. Select the desired folder, enter a File
Name, and select “Apply” to save.
This function can be used to de ne the head type and plate type in each station. It
can also rename, copy and delete plate. It is covered in Section 5.2.2.
This function is used as plate calibration. It is covered in Section 5.2.3.
User can choose the location (left/middle/right) of the shuttle to be parked after
nished running the protocol or after initialization.
