Unlike Fill Plate that aspirate from one and distributes to multiple. Pooling aspirates
from multiple and dispense to one. If Pooling Volume is large, it will perform pooling
multiple times by going back and forth between the Source and Target plate.
In the example showed above, the instrument will:
o Aspirate 100µL each well from Column 1 to 5 in Source Station 2
o Dispense all 500µL to Column 10 in Target Station 1
o Aspirate 100µL each wel

Column 6 to 10 in Source Station 2
o Dispense all 500µL to Column 10 in Target Station 1
o Aspirate 100µL each well from Column 11 and 12 in Source Station 2
o Dispense al 500µL to Column 10 in Target Station 1
