WARNING:
Careful adjustment of brake is crical as the brake is capable of causing the cycle to
skid the re throwing an unsuspecng rider. Test and pracce braking in an open area
free from obstacles, in a straight line, unl child is familiar with the brake funcon.
Avoid skidding to a stop as this can cause child to lose control or damage the rear re.
WARNING:
Do not lubricate the rear brake assembly.
Cush Drive Inspecon:
1. Remove screws from side panels to gain access to the drive sprocket
2. Loosen nut with 4mm Allen
3. Remove Allen and washer.
4. Remove Drive Sprocket
5. Remove Sprocket Hub
6. Inspect Polymer Insert(s)
a. If compressed, torn, severed, or otherwise distorted contact STACYC
or authorized dealer for replacement parts
7. Re-Insert Polymers into Sprocket Hub
8. Align Drive Sprocket on Sprocket Hub Using 3 Pins
9. Replace Washer and Tighten Allen
Replace Chain:
Chain Tensioner
Bolt to secure brake bracket
