Prepare sheaths for cables, bend fish-tail clamps, and concrete the plate. Compulsory for gates over 250 kg or arduous conditions.
Steps to manually move the gate: slide lock cover back, turn key clockwise, and pull handle perpendicular to motor.
Check gear motor location and ensure sufficient room is available before installation.
Position gear motor on foundation plate, fix with screws, adjust distance, and check clearance with rack.
Fix the rest of the rack, maintain pitch, position limit switch brackets, and adjust for desired opening/closing.
