If your Stair Climbers Stairlifts unit won’t start or can't go up or down stairs, first ensure that the power switch on the control panel is in the ON position. Next, charge the unit. If the battery has charge remaining, and the unit is still unable to start, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer.
