  To prevent excessive blade breakage on your STALEX Saw, ensure the work is securely clamped. You may also need to adjust the speed or feed, or replace the blade with one that has a smaller teeth spacing. Using a blade of slow speed and small teeth spacing may also help. Adjust the blade so it doesn't slip on the wheel, and make sure it's correctly placed with the work after the motor is started. Check and adjust the wheel alignment and guide bearings. If necessary, reweld the blade, paying attention to welding skill.

  The motor of your STALEX Saw might be running too hot due to several reasons. The blade tension or drive belt tension could be too high, so reduce them. The gears might need lubrication, so check the oil bath. The cut could be binding the blade, so decrease feed and speed. Finally, the gears might be aligned improperly; adjust them so that the worm is in the center of the gear.

Alternatively, reduce the speed and increase the feed pressure, or increase feed pressure by reducing spring tension. Replacing the blade with a new one and adjusting blade tension can also help. Make sure to tighten the blade tension adjustable knob.
