Adjust the blade so it doesn't slip on the wheel, and make sure it's correctly placed with the work after the motor is started. Check and adjust the wheel alignment and guide bearings. If necessary, reweld the blade, paying attention to welding skill.

  Teeth may be ripping from the blade of your STALEX Saw because the tooth is too coarse for the work. Try using a finer tooth blade. It could also be due to too heavy pressure and too slow speed, so decrease the pressure and increase the speed. If the work piece is vibrating, clamp it securely. If the gullets are loading, use a coarse tooth blade or a brush to remove chips.
