SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
READ THIS BEFORE OPERATING YOUR UNIT!!!!
1. If at all possible have an attendant help you for the first several uses,
and to help with adjustments of the unit for your comfort and safety.
2. Always use on a level surface.
3. Never operate the unit if it appears damaged.
4. Never operate the unit if it is not operating correctly, consult our
service department.

5. Always keep younger children away from this unit. Never allow
younger children to operate this unit.
6. Always try to keep the unit in proper working condition.
7. Replace Battery if it is damaged or leaking, dispose of damaged
battery.
8. Never operate lift switch while charging Freedom Chair.
9. Lock all wheels before transferring out of Freedom Chair.
