27. Fit swivel locking plate cover and fit special tool 500814 (2 x M8 X 45 chair mounting
grub screws) (Fig 7)
28. Fit chair frame powered swivel seat assembly using 4X fixings. Torque to 24Nm.
29. Fit chair assembly over grub screws.
30. Secure 1X socket cap head screw into swivel assembly.
31. Remove the 2 chair mounting grub screws and replace with 2x M8 socket cap head
screws. Torque to 24Nm. Fig 8
32. Fit seat pivot spring assembly if applicable Fig 9 and refit seat plate
33. Route chair loom down through swivel boss and into carriage. Note route behind in-
terface metalwork. Fig 10.
34. Reconnect swivel switch , fit grommet and secure looms with cable ties Fig 11
